  1. Always update display content

When your hotel appears on the OTA page, the interaction between information and images with customers will be evaluated very carefully. When the hotel room is updated full and detailed description will help increase the conversion rate by 5%. And when the number of images is high, it can help increase the booking rate up to 4.5%. If the picture of the room does not match the reality, the OTA will penalize the hotel owners.

2. Actively Collect Customer Reviews

4. Maintain Price Balance Between OTA Channels

Most hotels have agreed to list on all OTA channels at the same price. If a discrepancy is found, the offending hotel will be downgraded to that OTA channel. 

Therefore, hotels need to comply with pre-existing agreements with OTAs. Maintain the same parity across all online channels. This will bring efficiency and improve the visibility of the hotel on OTA channels, contributing to an increase in the number of bookings.

5. Participate In Promotions

Online room sales channels often have promotions to promote cooperative hotels. By participating in these programs, your hotel will improve its OTA ranking. This gives the hotel priority over its competitors. This will help sell additional services as well as amenities.
