Guide To Booking Search In One PMS – Free Property Management System

  • First, at the status panel, click the search button in the upper right corner of the screen. The reservation search screen appears.

  • You can search for reservations by the following conditions: booking source code (known as SID), arrival date, departure date, inbound guest source, and booking status. You also combine multiple conditions to find the corresponding bookings.

Alternatively, you can reset the search conditions by doing the following:

  • If you want to clear all search conditions, click the “reset” button.

  • After entering the search terms, press the search button (magnifying glass icon). A list of bookings that meet the conditions will appear. Here, will allow you to see some overview information on the bookings. For example, booking source, customer name, room, and date to departure date of the reservation.

  • To see more details, as well as other functions, click the menu button with the 3-dot icon.

  • To print an invoice for a reservation, click the printer icon. If you want to show room rate and payment, confirm yes. If you do not want to display, confirm no. Additionally, if you want to cancel the print job, tap the space outside the message.

  • In the bottom corner of the screen will display the total amount to be paid. The amount paid and the remaining amount of all the bookings are shown on the screen. Note, for 1 search, the results will show up to 10 bookings. To see more, please press the forward or backward button like in the video.
