Keep Track Of Today ‘S Hotel Bookings.
At OnePMS – Free Property Management System, Please Follow These Steps:
- First, at the status panel, open the Menu. At the Menu, click on the Book today item.
- Next, there will be 3 subsections: Check-In Today, Check-Out Today, and Staying.
- Then, under Check-In Today, you will see the customers who will check in that day. In more detail, you can see the basic information of a reservation. Including Booking source, Guest name, Room number, Arrival date, and Departure date,…
- In addition, all operations with a reservation can be done here. Click on the Table of Contents to the right of the Reservation.
- At the bottom of the table, the report will show the user the amount paid by the reservations in the table and the total amount of the room. Which, the total room rate includes services and the rest that the customer has not paid.
- Secondly, the section: Check out today, is similar to “Check in today”. You will find information on customers who will check out that day. You can perform operations with reservations through the “Table of Contents”.
- Finally, the last entry on today’s booking is: Staying. Similar to the two tables above, we will also see the information of the customers staying at the hotel, the total amount … And perform operations with Reservations through the “Table of Contents”.
