How To Create A Motobike Rental Service in the booking.
in OnePMS Free Property Management System, You Can Easily Create A Motorbike Rental Service For A Booking. First You Need To Make Sure That The Booking Is In Book Status Or Checked In. For Checked-Out Bookings, You Cannot Add New Or Edit Services.
- You click on the booking that needs to add services, in the menu at the bottom of the screen. Then, click the “Service” button. At the service usage statistics screen of the booking, please click on the 5th tab.
- For hotels that have not configured motorbike rental, you need to configure it before you can use it.
- Please open the Menu in the upper left corner of the screen, select “Configuration”, “Services”, and select the 4th tab. Or a faster way: At the screen adding services for booking, press the button, “Click here”. The motorbike rental service configuration screen appears, and you continue to press the button, “Click here”.
- Please enter the rental price applicable to scooters and digital cars. Click save to save the configuration for the hotel management software.
- After configuring the rental price, the software will allow you to configure the hotel’s motorbike.
- Next, Press the add new button at the bottom corner of the screen. Then, the Adding motorcycle screen appears, please fill in all the information.
Note: The ID Of The Motorcycle Cannot Be Changed After adding Successfully. The Price Will Be The Price You Just Configured Corresponding To The Vehicle Type. You Can Change The Price Of Each Motorbike To Match Your Requirements.
In the “Provider” section, the default provider will be your hotel. To change the provider, you need to first add the “Motorcycle rental” service in the “Vendor” configuration section. For more details, please watch the video on how to configure “Provider”.
- After adding successfully, the motorcycle will be displayed in the list. You can click “edit” to update the information for the motorcycle. Or turn on/off corresponding to active and inactive motorcycles. You can review the list of turned-off motorcycles using a filter-like video. In addition, to reconfigure the rental price, please click on “Configure motorbike price” (gear icon).
- After the configuration is complete, press the back button to return to the add service screen for booking, then press the add new button.
- At the new add screen, please enter all the information. A few things to note, in the “vehicle” section, a list of valid hotels will be displayed for you to choose from. For vehicles not included in the configuration, enter information representing the vehicle such as the license plate number.

- In addition, in the price section, the default will be equal to the rental price of the motorbike you have selected. This price is the price for 1 day. The total bill will be the price multiplied by the number of days of rental.
- If you want to change the price, enter the desired value in the price box.
- Once you have entered all the information, click save to create the service. After adding successfully, the service will be displayed on the screen.
- You can click on the service to see detailed information. Here, you can change the motorbike. However, only vehicles of the same type (scooter or digital) can be changed and the status must be Booked or In.
- In the “Status” section, you can change it from Booked to Print, this means that the customer has received the motorbike, the service will start charging for use, and you cannot delete the service anymore.
- When you change the status from In to Out, now the user has returned the motorbike. So, the car rental service will end and the hotel management software will calculate the total invoice price.
