Hotel Configuration

To configure the hotel in OnePMS hotel management software, follow these steps:

  • To configure the hotel information, open the Menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Next, select “Configuration” and select “Hotel”.

  • The screen that appears will allow you to enter hotel information. Such as Hotel Name, Phone Number, Address, Time Zone, Currency, and the hotel’s profile picture.

  • The information with a red asterisk is important information. Therefore, you must enter it. 
  • To select “City”, you must first select a valid “Country”. 
  • For profile pictures, the size of the photo should be less than 100Mb. Besides, the ideal image should be a square image.

  • For the software to work correctly, the hotel’s time zone must match the time zone of your computer. And, the time zone of the physical address. For example, if you are in Vietnam with UTC +7 time zone, you need to set the time zone in your computer and the hotel’s time zone is UTC +7. 
  • After entering all the information, press the save button to save the hotel information.
