MAINTENANCE – WARRANTY POLICY
1. Customers are entitled to free maintenance and warranty services if:
- The product is still within the warranty period.
- It is used correctly and for its intended purpose as specified by the manufacturer.
- A purchase invoice (either hard copy or digital) from Neutron is available.
2. Cases not covered by the warranty:
- Faults due to hardware changes made by the user.
- Improper use according to the manufacturer’s regulations: misuse, tampering with software that alters the source code, violating copyright agreements, etc.
- Damage caused by viruses or the use of cracked software.
- Loss or exposure of copyright information by the customer during use.
3. Warranty service methods:

- Through remote access: Customers are requested to provide the TeamViewer information installed on their computer to the Neutron support team.
- Neutron commits not to charge any additional fees to customers during the period of free maintenance and warranty services.
