SERVICE COMPLAINT
Neutron’s mission is to satisfy customers. Therefore, Neutron will accept and address customer complaints when customers encounter one of the following two issues:
- Customers find that the products or services do not meet the requirements agreed upon with Neutron.
- Customers are dissatisfied with the attitude of the company’s staff.
1. Complaint Handling
- In the event of an incident, whether subjective or objective, originating from either Neutron or the customer that causes harm or dissatisfaction to the customer, Neutron will first consider it their fault for not serving the customer attentively and thoroughly. Neutron will apologize to the customer.
- Neutron will work with the customer to identify the cause and find the quickest and most effective solution to the problem. If the fault lies with the customer, Neutron will inform the customer so they can improve their use of Neutron’s products and services. If the fault is with Neutron, the company commits to taking full responsibility and finding the earliest and most thorough way to rectify the situation in order to regain the customer’s trust.
